At Next Steps Software, we understand that good technical support is as important to our customers as our products themselves. Our Technical Support Team consists of the same developers that build the product, work on new features and fix the bugs. This ensures that our customers receive accurate and to-the-point answers to their questions or problems.

We provide support through e-mail between 09 AM and 05 PM [GMT -08:00 Pacific Standard Time], Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Technical support is offered free of charge to all our customers within 30 days of the initial product purchase.

Our response time varies depending on the current support load, though we do our best to limit it to 24 hours.
